The qualifying operators will compete in a regional competition for the chance to represent Canada in the world finals in Las Vegas.

The first stage takes place in locations across Toromont Cat territory, where you’ll compete for the title of Toromont Cat top operator. Three winners will receive a trip for two to the regional semi-final event.

ROUND 2: NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Toromont Cat top 3 operators will compete against the best operators from North America on September 22, 2025. A win here gets you a trip for two to the World Championship – and a shot at the title of the world’s top operator!

ROUND 3: WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The World Championships will take place at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas on March 3, 2026. The winner will receive either a $10,000 cash prize or an equal value trip for two to any Caterpillar facility worldwide.
